Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC )

Internal Quality Assurance Cell is a participative and facilitative unit that would help educational institutions to improve their work processes, achieve learning outcomes and objectives by planning out the best strategies. Driven by the pursuit of excellence, Govt. Degree College, Ani, has established an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to guarantee a culture of quality throughout the organization in accordance with norms of NAAC and UGC rules. It plays an essential role in enhancing and overseeing the college’s endeavors to develop the strategies to maintain and improve the quality of higher education sector as required by NAAC by serving as a communication channel between the faculty of college and administration. It also acts as the advisory body of the institution which monitors the proper execution of the plans and guides the college administration at various fronts.

IQAC Objectives:

• Preparing a comprehensive and strategic plan of action for the holistic development of our students and to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
• Planning, submitting and implementation of Annual Academic Calender and Sports Calender.
• Planning, submitting and implementation of Annual Academic Calender and Sports Calender.
• To create student- centric learning environment by adopting various tech- oriented techniques and modern methods of teaching and learning.

• Organization of Seminars, workshops, Skill enhancing Programs and FDP on various themes to upgrade teaching Skills of faculty.

• Direction to various clubs and societies to accomplish assignment assigned to them well in time.
• Taking initiative to follow best practices.
• Upgrading of infrastructure of the institute to meet the parameters of a quality culture in all facets of higher education.
